Of course, a lot of blog names were already taken. 8bitchip wasn't. So I chose 8bitchip. Just because it sounds somewhat cool and because I wanted to try out blogger/blogspot anyway.

Recently I've been longing to create some new chiptunes, to let them old C64 and Amiga tracker times relive. I found a cool free tracker: klystrack. It's here: https://code.google.com/p/klystrack/

I've been toying around with it and though there's a bunch of things wrong, unfinished or otherwise quirky, you can create some really cool tunes with it. Just take a loot at n00bstar, that dude makes awesome music. http://n00bstar.blogspot.nl/
